What does it take to build a community out of stone? Romancing the Stones is a community engagement and dance performance project inspired by past and present rock artists of Central Vermont and the sculptures they created.
Centered around the lives of those who lived and worked in Barre, Vermont, once known as the Granite Center of the World, Romancing the Stones brings to life the universal and timeless themes of love, loss, joy, grief and hope.
