Lilia Ambler

Lilia Castillo Gómez is a freelance movement artist specializing in contemporary dance. Lilia is based in New York City, though she is originally from Tampa, Florida. In 2022, she graduated from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance with a BFA in Dance Performance. Lilia has received additional training from Rubberbandance, B12, and many summer ballet programs. She has performed works by Ana Maria Lucaciu, Annie Rigney, Doug Varone, Trisha Brown, Victor Rottier, etc. She has recently begun to present her own choreographic works in NYC, and is elated to be joining Sonia Plumb Dance Company for the summer season.
